Independent Examination

 

Following the Regulation 16 Consultation the Plan was submitted to an Independent Examiner, Martin  Lee, who produced his final report on 22/2/19. The Examiner's Report can be seen by clicking here - Examiner's Report

Harborough District Council (HDC) Executive considered and accepted all of the recommendations in the Examiner's Report and approved the Tur Langton Neighbourhood Plan to proceed to Referendum on 27th June 2019 subject to making the modifications proposed by the Examiner.  See HDC's  Decision Statement by clicking here
