Exercise of Public Rights 

 

Each year the Parish Council prepares an Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR). The AGAR has been published with this notice. 


Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the AGAR, the accounting records for the financial year to which it relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records must be made available for inspection by any person interested. For the year ended 31 March 2023, these documents were available on reasonable notice from Monday 5th June 2023 to Friday 14th July 2023 by application to:

Budget and precept 1/4/22 to 31/3/23

 

At the meeting on 11/1/22 it was resolved to adopt a budget of £10,414.74 and a precept of £9,830.00. This is a 2.6% increase on the precept from 21/22 year, 1% increase in Council Tax for a Band D property from £87.84 to £88.72

Revised budget agreed 10/5/22

The budget was reviewed at the Parish Council meeting on 10/5/22 to take into account the actual amounts carried over at 31/3/22 (the budget agreed in January 2022 used estimated amounts.
