NHS Cross Counties in the Community - Health and Wellbeing Roadshow

From Tuesday 17 May 2022 Cross Counties Healthcare PCN will be working in collaboration with the Leicestershire & Rutland Rural Community Council (RCC) and Harborough District Council to provide six consecutive Tuesday morning sessions at Houghton-on-the-Hill Village Hall.

Details are as follows:

Houghton on the Hill Village Hall, Main Street, LE7 9GE

Date: Tuesday 17th May then each Tuesday finishing 21st June 2022

Time: Coffee served 10:30am – 12:30

Come along and grab a free hot drink from the Rural Community Council’s Rural Coffee Connect Barista coffee van.

During each session there will be information from the NHS Cross Counties Primary Care Network and a host of partners, alongside projects linked to the RCC.
